After coming to an agreement, the regulatory bodies in NIRA and UCC have provided telecos with the equipment to verify SIM card ownership in times of replacement and acquisition. Airtel Uganda has announced that it’s SIM Card replacement service is now available at the select Airtel Service Centres listed below. These have been equipped with the National ID verification and biometric systems.
