Sending Money to non MTN Subscribers Here, the beneficiaries are those that will send larger sums of money, with an almost 40% reduction on charges for sending money above 125,000 Ugx. There is also a drop on rates when sending between 15,000 Ugx and 125,000 Ugx. Charges on withdraw from Agent These have mostly remained the same, though the available updates are increments.
